O & M

With over two decades of experience, APT provides Operation & Maintenance to the power sector globally with capacity ranging from 30 MW till 860 MW . Our focus on enhanced performance and efficiency ensures that we consistently deliver high levels of availability and profitability to our clients.

APT O&M adopts a tailored approach to the delivery of services geared for optimal performance over the lifetime of the asset. We customize our range of solutions to the needs of our customers to include initial Project support, Mobilization, Operation, Technology and Knowledge transfer.


The principal objective during mobilization is to ensure that the APT O&M team has all the necessary skills, competencies, systems and procedures to take full responsibility for the plant from Commercial Operation Date.

Key activities include

  • Plant familiarizations
  • Involvement in plant commissioning activities
  • Reviewing all plant Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) and Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMSs)
  • Involvement in plant commissioning activities
  • Installing and populating all systems e.g. maintenance management system


The principal objective is to deliver the required plant performance that ensures the achievement of the Owners business objectives.

Technology and Knowledge Transfer

APT O&M Solutions has extensive experience in technology and knowledge transfer in O&M projects. The objective is to equip the local O&M team with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver on the key performance objectives of the plant. This is achieved via the transfer of knowledge and know-how from technical staff to local operators.
