Established in the year 1996, APT Power Engineering (P) Ltd, is one of the renowned organizations in Hyderabad to serve and provide solutions to the Power sector. APT provides a wide range of solutions in Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning for all Turbine generators and provides Balance of Plant (BOP) requirements for the power projects followed by after-sales services, spares and Operation and Maintenance. Associated Power Tech (P) Ltd is sister assosiate, manufactures and supplied critical componencts like blades, nozzels etc, for steam turbine through reverse engineering techniquies. APT provides solutions for major industries like Cement, Sugar, Steel, Paper etc., in the area of power plants. Our reputation as a service provider grew mainly through satisfied customer’s word of mouth.
For over two decades APT offered a vast range of products and services for the power industry throughout India and abroad. APT specializes in Overhaul, Troubleshoot, Manufacture & supply of TG auxiliaries, Spares and O&M.
APT agreed with M/s Qingdao Jieneng Power Station Engineering Co Ltd (QJPS), China in the year 2004 for Supply, Erection, and Testing & Commissioning of steam turbines on turnkey basis from 5 MW to 60 MW. APT has since supplied more than 90 machines (1285 MW) in India and Africa as well as supplying spares and after sales services.
APT agreed with M/s Shanghai Turbine Works Co Ltd, (STWC) China in the year 2013 for Supply, E&C and Testing of Steam Turbine and Generator package on turkey basis from 60 MW to 250 MW besides services after sales.
APT started a workshop facility in the year 2000 to provide a full range of breakdown services for the Turbine, Generator and Auxiliaries. The works facilities are also approved by IBR. To cater to the needs for services of higher range TG Sets, we have established High-Speed Balancing Tunnel one of its kind in the Hyderabad region supported by sophisticated machinery. Over 100 rotors have been balanced in a short span and more orders are flowing in.

Industry oriented workforce of about 600 skilled Technicians, Engineers, Consultants and Supporting staff on rolls, who work cohesively. A remarkable strength of APT lies in providing the in-house capability of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Erection & Commissioning and other after sales services in power plants meeting international quality standards. APT’s philosophy is to carry out jobs directly with the manpower on their rolls and does not believe in subcontracting the jobs. This ensures better control in timely delivery and in maintaining the job quality. APT has executed many Refurbishments, Retrofitting and Relocation of used TG sets and also supported the TG set with a supply of spares through reverse engineering.
