APT is expertise in Design, Detailed engineering, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Cement WHRS projects on EPC basis.
While the major equipment comes from our associates, remaining BOPs will be indigenously supplied by APT, viz., Flue gas ducting, Steam & Feed water piping, Deaerator, Insulation & Refractory, the balance of Valves & Instruments, Electrical system, etc.
As our workshop is IBR certified, all the high-pressure parts can be manufactured and altered in our workshop. n support of the old turbine. APT also enhanced the workshop facility for servicing higher MW rotors ranging up to 250 MW.
We have designed, manufactured, Engineered and supplied 1X6 MW cement WHRS equipment like Boiler, Turbine, Generator and complete Balance of plant on EPC basis for Shaurya Cement at Nepal.
We also do O&M of WHRS at My Home Cements, Mellacheruvu and RCCPL, Maihar, etc.
